Anticipate losses and guarantee energy quality with our network analyzer
In sectors involving the most sensitive equipment, it is essential to anticipate production losses and maintenance costs due to poor energy quality. It is well known that, when the variations of the main electrical quantities are outside the tolerance ranges, they reduce the life span of the electronic equipment in the network.
To deal with these issues, we propose constant monitoring of these quantities to establish a direct correlation between equipment maintenance and energy quality on the network. This monitoring enables us to prevent failures and optimize infrastructure management.
Energy quality events such as dips, outages and voltage surges affect the operating continuity of electrical installations , leading to substantial costs linked to production losses and downtime. By quantifying and qualifying these events using a detailed recording, it is possible to identify the sources of the anomalies so that they can then be rectified effectively.
These are the needs for which we have developed our MAP COMPACT electrical network analyzer, coupled with the Equal Premium Server software. This solution offers detailed monitoring of energy quality events and fluctuations of the electrical quantities over long periods. It is an essential advantage for securing your installations, optimizing maintenance and avoiding the economic losses linked to energy incidents.
With our expertise and our cutting-edge solutions, we help you master your energy quality in order to guarantee the performance and longevity of your equipment.

Measuring instruments for high-performance energy efficiency
Optimization of energy efficiency is a priority to reduce the environmental impact. This involves using high-performance measuring instruments to analyse energy consumption in real time and detect any sources of waste.
Instruments such as power and energy analysers, loggers to record the consumption or climate data so that any anomalies can be detected. Chauvin Arnoux offers the essential instruments to achieve this major goal:
- Power and energy analysers in the Qualistar+ range
- PEL 110 Series power loggers
- CA 1227 logger-thermo-anemometers
- CA 1550 logger-micromanometer
- CA 1954 thermal camera
When used with their analysis and processing software, these measuring instruments facilitate remote monitoring, energy audits, regulatory compliance and the implementation of corrective action.
In this way, industrial companies and professionals in the building sector can fulfil the regulatory requirements, improve their energy performance and follow a sustainable development approach.

The Ulys MCM is Chauvin Arnoux Energy's innovative solution for centralizing the measurement of multiple electrical feeders
The Ulys MCM offers the functionality of 18 three-phase electricity meters in a single product.
The Ulys MCM has multiple RJ12 “quick connect” inputs for connecting its 18 electrical feeders in just a few minutes.
All the elements in the current measurement chain can be clipped on, from the product to the current sensors.
To be reliable, electrical metering and measurement require correct installation of the product and its accessories.
There are many sources of error: current transformer installed upside down or back to front, current transformer installed on the wrong phase in the case of a three-phase assembly, incorrect connection at the level of the product, etc.
When all the incorrect connections are added together, the active power measured may be reduced by 80% of its rated value, which is a problem when it comes to processing the data.
These errors can occur even more frequently when the equipment is installed in the electrical cabinets of industrial or tertiary sites, where conditions are difficult.
Chauvin Arnoux Energy is very familiar with the issues faced by its installer partners, and with the Ulys MCM provides a solution for correcting installations without having to rewire the measuring instruments and accessories.
How? By connecting to Ulys MCM Utility, Ulys MCM's operating software.
A current transformer has been positioned upside down or back to front? Change the direction of this current transformer in just a few clicks.
A current sensor has been positioned on phase 3 and not on phase 1? The software allows you to reassign a current measurement to the correct phase.
To finalize your approach, a complete Fresnel diagram allows you to confirm that your modifications have had the desired effect.
Guaranteed one-time wiring on your installation sites by choosing the Ulys MCM for your electrical metering and measurement projects!
